This BMW car dealership includes a showroom, sales areas, hospitality area, service department and parts department. The pre-engineered metal building system allows the building to be built faster than traditional structures and at a cost savings to the owner. Emphasis on the interior finishes and a service-oriented layout provide the customer with an ideal environment to do business.

Sandy Sansing Nissan

This new car dealership includes a showroom, sales area, offices, hospitality area, service department and parts department. The design is based on the Nissan Retail Environment Standards Program which provides a brand image for the design and focuses on customer touch-point areas. The design utilizes many different exterior materials including aluminum composite panels, ribbed metal panels and curtain-wall glazing to achieve the maximum appearance.

Gulf Coast Kids House

This 35,000 SF project was an extensive renovation of an existing downtown building to house non-profit organization. Project included a parking area, play rooms, break room, restrooms, interview rooms, kitchen, conference room and administrative areas. Project cost was $1 million.

Harper Morris Memorial Chapel –New Facility

This project was a design of a completely new facility to replace the Owner’s outdated facility. The new facility’s design builds on the Owner’s personal interaction with patrons. The new structure’s forms are residential; large wrap-a-round porch, Sloped roof forms and extensive use of inviting materials and furnishings. CAA worked with the Family Owned business to tailor the resulting building into a space they can grow into for the future, while at the same time kept the building similar to the existing structure built by the patriarch of the family.

DATA: 8,600 SF of new faculty including larger embalming area, Chapel area, visitation rooms, and office space. The Chapel can now seat 200 – 225 people, and with reconfiguring the site now the parking area has increased to 81 spaces.

Varona’s 12th Avenue Cuban Café

Phase I of this project included renovation and upgrades to 2,465 SF of office space. Phase II consisted of renovation to the existing building to include upgrades to the 10,229 SF of kitchen and restaurant space and a parking redesign. Construction cost was for Phase II was $1,900,000. The main dining area seats 72; the Mojito Bar seats 60; outdoor seating capacity is 160. The restaurant also includes a private dining area with seating for 60 and an outdoor pergola to serve as a cigar-smoking area.
