Caldwell Associates begins work on an exciting new mixed-use development in downtown Pensacola. Teamed with local developer Bob Montgomery, the 2.2 acre parcel sits across from Aragon Court. The multi-story project includes 8,500 square feet of retail and restaurant space, 6,500 square feet designated commercial for office or retail operations. The remainder of the building consists of 39 residential units. They vary in size from 1,500 square feet to 2,100 square feet and can be combined if a purchaser wanted something larger. Parking is provided in a surface lot that is completely screened from the major streets by the building, and a portion of the parking is underneath the building itself.
