Caldwell Associates recently began design services for the new Bayview Community Resource Center. This facility will be a state of the art 20,000 SF event and community space overlooking Bayou Texar and anchoring the 28 acre Bayview Park. Showcasing a 500 seat and 150 event space with smaller breakout rooms, ample prefunction space, and commercial kitchen, this will become a premiere rental venue for the City of Pensacola. In addition there will be multiple community gathering spaces, classrooms, computer lab, art room, and indoor outdoor lounge spaces with wifi embracing views over Bayou Texar for city residents to utilize at their leisure. A healthy grab-n-go food service area will provide healthful eating options for park users.
