We take pride in our diverse and repeat clientele, which includes the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Department of Naval Facilities, the State of Florida, Escambia County, Santa Rosa County, the University of West Florida, Sacred Heart Health System, and the City of Pensacola, among others. Our practice places heavy emphasis on additions/renovations for institutional and educational facilities; work on medical projects alone over the last five years totaled well over $100 million.
We are currently licensed in the state of Florida and Alabama and are in the process of obtaining licensing in Mississippi and Louisiana.

Our staff remains in close contact with local contractors and material suppliers who provide us with the most up-to-date industry information. Our Computerized Cost Database Estimating System gives us maximum flexibility and efficiency, allowing us to easily compare alternatives and make changes in a matter of seconds, rather than days. Miller Caldwell, II has extensive experience in estimating and is primarily responsible for overall project control, working directly with the team from concept through completion.
